Applications are invited from doctors who have superannuated from Central Govt/State Government PSUs for filing up of vacant posts in Food Corporation of India on contractual basis as per terms and conditions given below Application form (Annexure-0 duly fed in all respects should Mach at Food Corporation of India, 16-20, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi-110011 within 30 days of the advertisement in "The Employment News newspaper up to 15.12.2004

Eligibility Criteria

 

FCI Recruitment 2024 Age:

Maximum Age shall be 68 years on the last date of submission of application

 

Remuneration:

Consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 80,000/-

 

Allowances:

a. Only consolidated remuneration will be admissible. No Dearness Allowances, Increment and other allowances as are admissible to Central Govt servants/FCI Employees shall be

b. She/he will not be entitled to any benefit like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Treatment, Seniority. Promotion etc. or any other benefit available to the Government FCI

 

NPA and Private Practice:

Non-practicing allowance is not admissible. Private practice of any kind is not permitted.

 

Working Hours:

Working hours will be as applicable in case of regular employees at the place of posting

 

Leave:

12 days Leave in a calendar year.

 

TADA will be entitled to TADA as admissible to AGM level Officer (E-3 grade) of FCI in case of outstation tours as per directions of competent authority

 

Termination of Contract before expiry of its tenure assigning any reason after giving one month's notice or on payment of one month's remuneration to the other party.

 

General Conditions:

a. An undertaking is to be submitted along with application to the effect that she he has no criminal cases/Vigilance cases/disciplinary cases pending against him at the time of engagement and has not been convicted in a criminal case involving moral turpitude

b. No TADA will be paid for attending the walk-in-interviews selection Process

c. Joining of the candidate is subject to Medical Fitness

d. Any dispute arising out of this contract shall be amicably resolved and will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the place at which the doctor has been engaged)

 

Education Qualification:

The candidate must have retired from Central/State Govt/PSUs and shall have minimum educational qualification of MBBS Degree from recognized institution.
