Welfare Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through interviews conducted by
the district-level selection committee. On the date of the interview,
candidates must bring the original copies of all certificates attached with the
application form. All types of information related to the advertisement, such
as the list of eligible candidates for the interview, date, merit list of
candidates, selection list, etc., will be published from time to time on the
website https://saharsa.nic.in and on the office notice board. If candidates
provide false information or certificates in the application form, their
appointment will be canceled at any time and further legal action will be
taken. Separate applications will be valid for multiple positions.

• The advertisement details and prescribed format will be
available on the website of the district administration, Saharsa at
https://saharsa.nic.in from the date of advertisement publication. In case the
application is not received in the prescribed format, the application will be
rejected.
• Interested and eligible candidates can send their
applications in the prescribed format mentioning the applied post via email at
adcp.saharsa-bih@gov.in or by registered post to the address - "Assistant
Director, District Child Protection Unit, Saharsa, Maharana Pratap Chowk,
Gangjala, Saharsa, Bihar, PIN - 852201" within 15 days from the date of
advertisement publication, or can submit it in person at the office during
working hours.
• The applicant will attach self-attested photocopies of all
educational qualification certificates, mark sheets, experience certificates,
caste certificate, and residential certificate with the application form.
